Neme, Clarel
Uruguayan painter born in Rivera (Uruguay) on 9th July of 1926.
Studied at National Fine Arts School from 1954 to 1958 with the master Vicente Martín and in 1962, won Carlos María Herrera's Scholarship to continue his artistic formation in Europe.
When returned to Uruguay, take part in several collective and individual exhibitions and in several National Painting Contests.

Died in Montevideo city on 14th February of 2004.
His works are at Museums and private collections of Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, USA, Spain, France, Switzerland, India and Israel.
