To your entire calmly and satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it up to five days after having received the remittance.

You must notify us, pay for the remittances and costs of the chosen payment manner of your transaction.

Since every creation the Portón de San Pedro Art Gallery show and sells to the public are unique, the buying possibility is liable to the disposal of goods in the time of negotiation.

We always think in our client needs, that is why we enable different payment manners:  may by check, money transfers, bank drawings, credit cards (Paypal), etc.  All of them being available in our secure payment system.  The prices are in US dollars and free of local taxes.

In order that you will receive the creation in the very best conditions, we have established different ways of packing adapted to each needs, as in the case of paintings, sculptures, engravings, murals, etc.  The packing is made and realized by our courier Fedex (only for paintings, drawings, engraves, watercolors without frame of 30 X 40 cm.).  This packaging it’s without cost to our clients.

For shipments of large sizes, the packing price will be mentioned automatically when you receive the confirmation of your paying and the tracking number.

The shipment prices and its respective packing will be automatically added to your final account.  According to your order, you will be able to accede at Fedex web site to verify your shipment amount, according to the region you wish to receive it at

Shipments inside Uruguay don’t have any cost to our clients.  Shipment costs are in US dollars and free of local taxes.

In the moment we remit the package to its destination we will send you an e-mail to confirm the shipment together with its respective “tracking number”, this number will be useful for you to enter at our courier web page: and find out about where is it and when can you receive it. and consult in real time where your shipment is located. .

For shipments within Uruguay, we will send you the tracking information of the local shipping company, so you can also track them. 

  • International Shipments:  They will arrive at destination within a maximum of 5 working days from the moment the shipment is dispatched to the courier. 
  • Shipments within Uruguay:  Orders will be at their destination in a maximum delivery period of 3 working days from the moment the purchase is made.
  • Shipments within Montevideo (Uruguay):  The maximum delivery period is 48 hours from the moment the purchase is made. 
Portón de San Pedro Art Gallery will not be responsible for delays to the terms pre-established for superior force reasons, like strikes, weather inclemency or flight cancellation.
