Painter and engraver born in Montevideo (Uruguay) on 12th October of 1936.

Art Professor at the Pedro Figari School, has a long trayectory at uruguayan environment and in National and International collections.

In 1960 graduate from the National Fine Arts School and continue his studies since 1959 with Jonio Montiel, outstanding disciple of the Master Joaquín Torres García.

Professor at the Painting Studio of the Arts and Handicrafts Dr. Pedro Figari School of the Works University of Uruguay.

Studied drawing, painting and engrave at the National Fine Arts School (1964-1967);  drawing and painting with Jonio Montiel (1965-1966);  engrave with Anhelo Hernández (1969).

Realized individual exhibitions in: Santa Catalina (Soriano, Uruguay);  Club Ancap (Montevideo, Uruguay);  Galería Art (Minas, Uruguay) and in Cochabamba (Bolivia).

Collectives in Montevideo:  Club Ancap, Sindicato Médico, Salón Popular, Feria de Libros y Grabados.

At Interior:  Minas, Colonia, Juan Lacaze, San José, Rosario, Florida y Melo.

In foreign countries:  Rosario (Argentina) and Cochabamba (Bolivia);  and in Uruguay, Santa Catalina, Minas and Montevideo (private collections).
