O'Neill Hamilton, Hugo
Architect, painter, engraver born in Montevideo (Uruguay) on 20tn November of 1921. Studied drawing and engrave at the Works University (Uruguay) and at the Architecture Faculty of the Republic.
Architect of the Architecture Direction of the Public Works Ministry (1950) and member of the Uruguayan Committee of the International Plastical Arts Association. Teacher of his art and engrave professor at the "Pedro Figari" Institute of the Works University of Uruguay.
